This is why a man must leave father and mother, and the two become one body. They are no longer two, therefore, but one body. So then, what God has united, man must not divide.&#8217;\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 Mark 10:6-9<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Please <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">introduce yourselves to Father after Mass<\/span><\/strong>. Father will make a time to meet with you to discuss the plan for preparation for Marriage -approximately <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">6 months before<\/span><\/strong> the wedding ceremony would be helpful to prepare the documentation for your wedding.<\/p>\n<p>You will need to provide the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Baptism Certificate<\/strong> (issued within a period of six months prior to your wedding). Please contact the parish of your baptism to obtain this.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of <strong>Birth Certificate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of current Australian or non-Australian <strong>Passport<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If either of you have been previously married, you will need to show evidence of an annulment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Pre-Marriage Education Courses (optional)<\/span> &#8211; offered by Archdiocese of Sydney. You will need to contact them directly to book in a course most suitable to your needs. More information please go to: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sydneycatholic.org\/life-marriage-and-family\/\">https:\/\/www.sydneycatholic.org\/life-marriage-and-family\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Offerings for the Priest\u00a0 &#8211; <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T<\/span><\/span>he priest would dedicate his time to your wedding, an offering for his services would be appreciated. For suggestion, you may like to consider what the cost would be of a regular civil marriage celebrant.<br \/><strong>Please note:<\/strong> this offering is NOT included in the Church donation.
